I found the reception staff very helpful . Abhay was especially friendly and cute. He exceeded my expectations by. The location is near Euston Station. I could walk to the city center, and many restaurants were nearby.
I found only one pillow available in my room. An iron and a hairdryer were also missing, despite the room image showing a hairdryer. The single-glazed window made the room noisy and cold because of a draft.

i find the location really convenient near the british museum and various bus lines. the staff helps me with my luggage and also order an uber taxi. i also like that the staff is nice and there is no hassle at all.
i am not very comfortable because everything looks rather old.
